About us
History
The company was founded by Ken Dulieu in 1983 specialising in the provision of stocktaking and investigation services.
It diversified into providing security guards to a wide range of clients including many blue chip companies. In 1994 the company floated on the main list of the London Stock Exchange and in 1998 was acquired by Carlisle Holdings plc. In the following year the management team bought out the Investigation and Stocktaking Divisions through their newly established company Capcon Limited.
In 2001 Capcon Holdings plc was floated on AIM. Since flotation the company has acquired two commercial investigation businesses.
